现分析我院近几年来对肺结核病人的诊断延误情况,报告如下: 资料来源与标准本组初治菌阳肺结核病人202例,系我院1981年4月～1988年7月收治病人中资料较完整的病例。延误标准:病人出现症状两周以内未得到确诊的即视为诊断延误。患者延误:出现症状到首次就诊的时间。
