目的:观察630nm和808nm低强度激光单独照射和联合照射对Wistar大鼠背部皮肤创伤愈合的作用,为双波长激光在临床的应用提供参考;方法:将32只大鼠随机分为四组,每组8只,用手术剪在每只Wistar大鼠背部造四个对称的圆形皮肤全层切割型创口,4个创口按部位统一编号(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ);A组-空白对照组,B组-630nm单波长低强度激光照射组,C组-808nm单波长低强度激光照射组,D组-630/808nm双波长低强度激光照射组;三个照射组中的大鼠背部创口用低强度激光连续照射14天,每天一次,每个创口照射10分钟;隔天描记、计算创面面积,对数据做统计分析,在伤后第3,7,14天对创口取活检做常规HE染色,光镜下进行组织病理学评价;结果:630nm单波长照射组与630nm/808nm双波长照射组创伤愈合情况较另外两组好,结果具有统计学意义,808nm单独照射组没有表现出改善作用;结论:使用630nm单波长或630nm/808nm双波长低强度激光照射,都能有效促进Wistar大鼠皮肤创伤的愈合过程。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of low intensity laser irradiation at 630nm and 808nm on the skin wound healing of Wistar rats and to provide reference for the clinical application of dual-wavelength laser.Methods: 32 rats were randomly divided into four groups, each (N = 8). Four symmetrical round skin full-thickness wounds were made on the back of each Wistar rat with surgical scissors. The four wounds were numbered according to site (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ) Group B-630nm single-wavelength low-intensity laser irradiation group, Group C -808nm single-wavelength low-intensity laser irradiation group, Group D -630 / 808nm dual-wavelength low-intensity laser irradiation group; With low-intensity laser irradiation for 14 days, once a day, each wound irradiation 10 minutes; tracing every other day, calculate the wound area, do statistical analysis of the data on the 3rd, 7th and 14th days after wound wound biopsy routine HE Staining and light microscopy. Results: The wound healing of 630nm single wavelength irradiation group and 630nm / 808nm dual wavelength irradiation group was better than the other two groups, the results were statistically significant, 808nm single irradiation group did not show any improvement ; Conclusion: 630nm single wavelength or 630nm / 808nm is used Low power laser irradiation wavelengths, can effectively promote the wound healing process of the skin of Wistar rats.
