我们车间自一九八五年一级除盐设备投产以来,发现排污泵经常打不出水而影响阴阳床再生处理,直接关系到除盐设备正常运转。为此我们对排污泵打不出水进行了分析,我们的排污泵是耐腐蚀泵,型号80FS-9-38,泵离排污井底有5米多高,在每次起动前都要把泵进水管灌满水,而实际操作中灌下去的水都漏掉,主要是底阀失灵,底阀经常检修调换。每次检修都必须把排污井内的水用潜水泵吸干,既浪费人力物力又不安全。经过分析认为泵的底阀必须改造,决定采用虹吸筒代替底阀,在起动泵以前只要先将虹吸筒(如图)内水灌到溢流管流出水为止,
In our workshop, since the first phase of de-salting equipment was put into operation in 1985, it was found that sewage pumps often did not produce water, which affected the regeneration of yin and yang beds, which was directly related to the normal operation of the desalination equipment. For this purpose, we analyzed the water discharge from the sewage pump. Our sewage pump is a corrosion-resistant pump, type 80FS-9-38. The pump is more than 5 meters away from the bottom of the blowdown hole. The pump must be pumped before each start. The water pipe is filled with water, and the water that is poured in the actual operation is leaked, mainly because the bottom valve is out of order, and the bottom valve is frequently overhauled and replaced. Every time you overhaul, you must drain the water in the drain well with a submersible pump. This wastes both manpower and material resources and is insecure. After analysis, the bottom valve of the pump must be reformed and it was decided to use a siphon tube instead of the bottom valve. Before the pump is started, the siphon tube (as shown in the figure) must be filled with water to the overflow tube to discharge the water.
