目的 :验证经方炙甘草汤抗心律失常的效果并探讨其机制。方法 :以经方炙甘草汤水煮醇沉剂灌服小白鼠 ,2 h后用氯仿诱导心律失常 ,以多道生理仪监视器观察室速、室颤及搏停时间。结果 :炙甘草汤组小鼠室速、室颤、搏停时间明显比生理盐水组迟(P<0 .0 1 ) ,并接近于阳性药心律平组 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :炙甘草汤对氯仿致小鼠心律失常具有明显保护作用 ,作用机制可能是影响肾上腺素的敏感性
Objective : To verify the anti-arrhythmic effect of Caofei Gancao Decoction and to explore its mechanism. Methods : The mice were fed with Fructus Emilio-Glycyrrhizae decoction and alcohol-sinking agent. Chloroform was used to induce arrhythmias 2 hours later. The ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation and pause time were observed with a multi-channel physiological monitor. RESULTS: The ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, and pause time of the mice in the Zhigancao Decoction group were significantly later than those in the normal saline group (P<0.01), and were close to that of the positive drug cardiac rhythm group (P>0.05). Conclusion : Zhigancao Decoction has obvious protective effect on chloroform induced arrhythmia in mice, and the mechanism of action may affect the sensitivity of adrenaline
