本文简要地介绍用微型计算机控制机床的原理与方法,着重于国内用得最多的步进电机驱动的开环控制系统的取代问题。文中介绍微计算机所需扩充的硬件及其与被控机床联接的接口系统。介绍按数控语言输入程序及操作时的键盘配置。在软件方面主要说明用软件代替环形分配器控制步进电机正向、反向步进的原理和方法,说明如何实行进给运动、螺纹切削及步进电机升降速控制的思路,并介绍了恒切削速度与恒切削力控制的两种适应性控制。
This article briefly introduces the principle and method of microcomputer control machine tool, focusing on the most widely used stepper motor-driven open-loop control system to replace the problem. The article describes the hardware needed for the expansion of microcomputer and the interface system connected with the controlled machine tool. Introduction Entering the program and operating the keyboard configuration by numerical control language. In the aspect of software, the principle and method of controlling the forward and reverse stepping motor with stepper motor by software instead of ring distributor are explained. The idea of how to carry out feed motion, thread cutting and stepper motor speed control is introduced. Two adaptive control of cutting speed and constant cutting force control.
