岭南地区毗邻大海,水系发达,丰富的水体为渔业的发展提供了较为优越的自然条件。唐代岭南地区淡水渔业和海洋渔业都有了一定发展,水产品种类繁多,且已进入市场出售。渔业生产技术比前代有了一定进步,在养殖和捕捞方面都总结出一些技术经验,加工手段也进一步多样化,丰富的渔业生产和加工技术从另一方面又促进了渔业的发展。唐代岭南地区的渔业以海洋渔业为重,生产方式上,海洋渔业以捕捞为主,而淡水渔业则捕捞与养殖并重。 Lingnan area adjacent to the sea, developed water systems, rich water for the development of fisheries provides a more superior natural conditions.
