自1987年6月国务院批转《国家教委关于改革和发展成人教育的决定》以来,我省的职工教育工作重点逐步转到以提高从业人员政治思想水平、本岗工作能力和生产技能为目标的岗位培训上来。目前一个多层次、多形式的岗位培训正在各地区、各部门展开。据1990年末统计,全省规范化岗位培训的试点企业有1732户,参加培训的干部和职工达36.5万人。围绕管理现代化和科技进步、设备更新、提高质量、提高经济效益和社会效益的需要,还组织107万名干部、职工进行了各种应急、专项等适应性培训。我省岗位培训的突破口是企业生产班组长的培训。“七五”期间对全省35万名班组长普遍培训一遍,部分人培训两次。岗位培训的重点是提高生产技能,对技术工人按岗位要求开展
