由于TB/T 2922.5集料碱活性试验快速砂浆棒法中大量使用过细集料,破坏了集料原有的结构特征,致使该方法存在测试结果偏严,与混凝土棱柱体法测试结果相关性差的缺点。在保持其他参数不变的条件下,将收集的10种集料分别在不同粒径的单一级配下进行快速砂浆棒法试验,并以混凝土棱柱体法为基准进行相关性分析,以研究集料粒度对测试结果的影响。结果表明:使用1.18~0.15 mm粒径的过细集料时,测试结果明显偏严,而且与混凝土棱柱体法测试结果相关性很差;使用9.5~4.75 mm的粗集料时,测试结果明显偏低且可能造成误判;而使用4.75~2.36 mm中粗粒度的集料时,测试结果准确,且与混凝土棱柱体法测试结果相关性较好。
