高效课堂的“高效”来自师生、生生关系的密切和学习过程中的高密度交流。真正做到了把教学变为“交”学,在民主、平等的前提下,师生互动、生生互动;课内互动,课外互动;思想互动、情感互动。正是无处不在的交流和互动,促使师与生、生与生之间,牢固形成一个又一个共同体,促成学生学习和师生发展的高效。传统课堂不重视师生关系建设,这种以教为本的课堂,师生分工泾渭分明,几乎没有交集,所以基本上没有交流和互动。有人说,传统课堂也有课堂提问和学生的黑板板书,怎么能说没有互动交流呢?其实,真正的互动交流,除了要求师生在人格上建立起平等的主体关系外,在操作和情感层面还必须满足三个条件:第一,互动双方要有备而来,做到信息基本对称,相互进入对方最近交流区;第二,
