以燃煤发电行业产生的固体废弃物固硫灰作为建筑外墙用腻子的掺和料,利用其本身的火山灰活性和自硬性降低建筑外墙用腻子中白水泥用量,利用其膨胀性补偿腻子自身收缩,设计正交实验,得出各种基料之间的影响规律,同时研究了羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)对腻子性能的影响,经过微调得到腻子最佳配合比,并对其长期性能进行了测试。研究表明:固硫灰用于制备外墙用腻子能够减少33.3%白水泥用量,其最佳配比为:固硫灰10.0%,灰钙5.0%,胶粉2.0%,白水泥20.0%,重钙63.0%,HPMC 3.5‰。所制备的外墙用腻子成本低廉、满足标准要求,刮涂无障碍,14 d黏结强度为0.73 MPa,耐水性能优良。

The results showed that: the use of sulfur-fixing ash in the preparation of external wall putty can reduce the amount of white cement 33.3%, the best ratio is: sulfur-fixing ash 10.0%, calcium ash 5.0%, powder 2.0%, white cement 20.0% Calcium 63.0%, HPMC 3.5 ‰. The prepared putty for exterior wall has the advantages of low cost, meeting the standard requirements and being scratch-free, with a bond strength of 0.73 MPa for 14 d and excellent water resistance.
