病毒性角膜炎是一种常见而致盲率较高的眼病,虽然临床上有多种治疗措施,但其疗效并不满意,我们从1983年开始与抗病毒药联合应用地塞米松联合维生素C 进行结膜下注射治疗病毒性角膜炎50例,初步观察报告如下。临床资料1.一般情况:本组共50例,男36例,女14例,右眼20例,左眼26例,双眼患病者4例,年龄最小17岁,最大65岁,发病时间一般为5～30天,最长者达3个月。
