我国教育已经开始从应试教育向素质教育转变,希望在人才培养方面取得突破。目前,初中班级管理受到了学校的高度关注,教师通过强制性和错误的方法进行班级管理,很容易造成恶性事件,这样不仅会引来家长的强烈声讨,还容易在社会上造成舆论压力,对国家教育的发展是极其不利的。鉴于此,本文针对初中班级管理的心理沟通展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
China’s education has begun to shift from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education and hopes to achieve a breakthrough in personnel training. At present, the management of junior high school class has drawn great attention from the school. Class management by teachers in a mandatory and wrong way can easily lead to vicious incidents. This will not only lead to strong disclaimers from parents but also cause public pressure on the society. The development of national education is extremely unfavorable. In view of this, this article discusses the psychological communication of junior middle school class management and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
