我队一台H—22型(二冲程)柴油机,由于曲軸室油多飞车数次,曾采用不停机放油的方法无效。为此,我們在出油管头装上个1.5立方公寸体积的油箱,即消除了飞车事故。具体装配方法如图所示。铁管是原柴油机曲軸室的放油管,上开油門,油箱上装有出气閥和放油塞。装上油箱后,曲軸室里的油可自动的流入油箱,将油箱里的空气由出气閥排出。油箱油滿时,可先关閉油門,打开放油塞放掉箱里的油,放完后再关閉油塞,打开油門,这样就无需停机放油。 (以上所介紹方法,在机器較陈旧等的情况下是很适用的,但在有条件时,应从減少机油的消耗着手;此外我們認为油箱上开出气閥,可能会降低曲軸箱内的气压,故可以考虑取消——编者。)
