从上海到广州,从杭州到武汉,从南京到重庆,全国大部分地区近段时间都纷纷进入了高温“烧烤”模式。其中上海和南京更是经历了史上“最长高温天”。酷暑来袭,劳动者“清凉权”是否得到了保障?拿不到的高温津贴建筑业工人是“重灾区”截至7月31日,上海今夏最高气温连续15天突破35℃,39℃“高烧”天数达到6天;南京7月持续11天的高温天气刷新了2013年连续9天的高温纪录,部分地区出现40℃以上的极端高温;重庆最高气温更是在7月26日攀至41.7℃。
From Shanghai to Guangzhou, from Hangzhou to Wuhan, from Nanjing to Chongqing, most of the country have recently entered the hot “barbecue” mode. Among them, Shanghai and Nanjing experienced the longest hot day in history. As of July 31, the highest temperature in Shanghai this summer for 15 consecutive days exceeded 35 ℃, the workers' “cool right” 39 ℃ “high fever” days to reach 6 days; Nanjing July 11 days of high temperature weather refresh the 9 consecutive days of high temperature records in 2013, some areas appear extreme high temperatures above 40 ℃; Chongqing is the highest temperature in July 26 climbed to 41.7 ℃.
