非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)的发病机理目前尚不十分清楚,与胰岛素(IS)分泌异常和胰岛素抵抗(IR)有关,糖尿病合并高血压的发病机制与IR、高IS血症有关。该病患者胰高血糖素、舒血管前列腺素水平的改变及对发病的影响报道甚少,为探讨其意义,测定了51例NIDDM患者,120例正常人的血浆浓度,现报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象:NIDDM组:51例(男24,女27),平均年龄54±49(38~62)岁。诊断均符合WHO糖尿病专家委员会1985年糖尿病分类、诊断标准,排除继发性糖尿病,无糖尿病临床肾脏病症。正常对照组:120例(男65,女55),平均年龄53.1±5.6(41~65)岁。两组受检前半月均未用影响血糖、胰岛素及前列腺素代谢的药物。 二、方法:所有受试者均经12小时禁食后于早晨抽取空腹血。血糖(BG)测定采用氧化酶法(由北京化工厂提供试剂盒)。血清胰岛素(IS)和胰高糖素(GC)测定采用放射免疫法(试剂盒由北方免疫试剂
The pathogenesis of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) is not yet clear, and insulin secretion (IS) abnormalities and insulin resistance (IR) related to the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus hypertension and IR, hyperinsulinemia. The patients with glucagon, vasodilator prostaglandin levels and the impact of the disease little reported, to explore the significance of the determination of 51 cases of NIDDM patients, 120 cases of normal plasma concentrations, are as follows. Subjects and methods First, the object: NIDDM group: 51 cases (male 24, female 27), mean age 54 ± 49 (38 ~ 62) years old. Diagnoses are in line with the WHO Committee on Diabetes 1985 classification of diabetes, diagnostic criteria, excluding secondary diabetes, non-diabetic clinical kidney disease. Normal control group: 120 cases (male 65, female 55), mean age 53.1 ± 5.6 (41 ~ 65) years old. Two months before the test were not used to affect the blood glucose, insulin and prostaglandin metabolism of drugs. Second, methods: All subjects were fasting blood in the morning after 12 hours of fasting. Blood glucose (BG) determination using the oxidase method (provided by the Beijing Chemical Plant kit). Serum insulin (IS) and glucagon (GC) were determined by radioimmunoassay (Kit was immunized with northern immunogen
