甲状腺素组豚鼠(20只)于肌肉注射卡那霉素(400mg/kg/d)后第1、3、5、7、9天口服甲状腺素片(10mg/kg/次)。停药后第15天甲状腺素组8KH_2和4KH_2短音诱发的脑干电位Ⅵ波反应阈分别比对照组低27.2dB和19.1dB(P<0.001)。甲状腺素组30耳蜗中底周外毛细胞缺失低于10%者占80%,耳蜗的第2周与第3周均未受累;对照组26耳蜗中底周外毛细胞缺失50%以上者占65.4%,累及耳蜗第2周和第3周者约占50%。提示小剂量甲状腺素可减轻卡那霉素对耳蜗的毒性。
Thyroxine group (n = 20) received thyroxin tablets (10 mg / kg / time) on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th days after intramuscular injection of kanamycin (400 mg / kg / d). On the 15th day after drug withdrawal, the VI wave response threshold induced by 8KH_2 and 4KH_2 short tone of thyroxine group was 27.2dB and 19.1dB lower than that of the control group (P <0.001). Thyroxine group 30 cochlear midbrain peripheral hair cell loss less than 10% accounted for 80%, cochlear weeks 2 and 3 were not involved; control group 26 cochlear midpoint of the outer hair cells missing more than 50% 65.4%, involving the second and third weeks of the cochlea accounted for about 50%. Tip low dose of thyroxine can reduce the toxicity of kanamycin on the cochlea.
