金针菜又名黄花菜,不但可以作为一种观赏花卉,而且自古以来就是一种药食珍品。金针菜具有较好的健脑、益智、抗衰老、以及降低血清胆固醇的功能,日本医学家把它列为八种缝脑食品之首,故它又名“建脑菜”配伍制成各种药膳,食疗价值很高。
