目的了解武平县儿童体内微量元素的分布状况,为科学合理的营养摄入提供指导。方法对门诊体检的610名0~6岁儿童末梢血做铁、锌、钙、铜、镁、铅检测,并分为婴儿组、幼儿组和学龄前组统计分析。结果儿童微量元素缺乏以铁最明显(36.7%),其次为锌(24.3%)和钙(8.2%),铜缺乏极少(1.2%),未发现镁异常;铅超标率为6.6%。铁、锌、钙缺乏年龄越小越明显,铅超标率随年龄增加而增加。结论为保证儿童身体健康,应正确搭配营养、合理膳食,均衡营养,定期开展常规的微量元素检测,及早发现存在问题,及早治疗。
Objective To understand the distribution of trace elements in children in Wuping County and provide guidance for scientific and reasonable nutrition intake. Methods Iron, zinc, calcium, copper, magnesium and lead were detected in peripheral blood of 610 children aged 0-6 years who were diagnosed in the outpatient department and were divided into infants group, preschool children group and preschool group. Results The trace element deficiencies in children were most notable with iron (36.7%), followed by zinc (24.3%) and calcium (8.2%), with very little copper deficiency (1.2%) and no magnesium abnormalities. Iron, zinc, calcium, the younger the younger the more obvious, lead overweight rate increases with age. Conclusion In order to ensure the health of children, nutrition, reasonable diet and balanced nutrition should be correctly matched. Regular detection of trace elements should be carried out on a regular basis so as to detect the problems as soon as possible and treat them as soon as possible.
