目的了解射阳县学龄前儿童视力发育状况,为制定儿童眼保健措施提供科学依据。方法采用美国伟伦公司suresight视力筛选仪,对幼儿园在园儿童进行视力筛查。结果视力筛查13 289名学龄前儿童,异常率为11.92%,视力异常率女童略高于男童,城区高于农村。各年龄组儿童的视力筛查结果构成不同;儿童视力筛查异常以远视+散光为主,各年龄组视力筛查异常类型构成不同。结论学龄前儿童的视力筛查异常率处于较高水平,必须引起重视,实施眼保健并对早期发生异常的儿童及时进行干预。
Objective To understand the visual acuity of preschool children in Sheyang County and provide a scientific basis for the development of eye health measures in children. Methods The United States Wei Lun company suresight vision screening instrument for preschool children in the park for vision screening. Results 13 289 pre-school children with visual acuity screening had an abnormal rate of 11.92%. The rate of abnormal visual acuity was slightly higher in girls than in boys and in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas. Visual acuity screening results of children of all age groups are different. Children’s visual acuity screening is mainly hyperopia and astigmatism, with different types of visual screening abnormalities in all age groups. Conclusion Preschool children with abnormal vision screening rate at a high level, we must pay attention to the implementation of eye health and early abnormalities in children in a timely manner to intervene.
