针对门座起重机臂架系统焊接及铆接结构的“点传力”特性,提出了位移主-从约束关系建模思想,并通过数值试验验证了采用位移主-从约束关系来模拟焊核及铆接点具有很高的精度。以臂架系统象鼻梁为应用对象,采用I-DEAS软件基于位移主-从约束关系建立了该产品的有限元模型,计算结果提示,门座起重机臂架系统某些观测点的计算应力值已超过结构强度许用应力,但是小于金属结构材料强度极限。表明该起重机使用过程中应对臂架定期进行检查,及时采取措施进行修复,避免事故发生。
According to the “point transmission force” characteristic of the welding and riveting structure of the portal crane boom system, the idea of displacement master-slave relation modeling was put forward and the numerical simulation proved that the displacement master-slave constraint relationship And riveting point with high accuracy.
