慢性中耳炎时,影响鼓室成形术效果的主要原因,还是咽鼓管的功能。为研究咽鼓管功能,作者们应用EMT-32 C空气压力计与瑞士产Elema商标的Mingograph-81多导心动描记图联接,通过数种咽鼓管功能试验,测定外耳道压力改变,记录于记录纸带和示波器的屏幕上,单位以mmH_2O计算。共检查70例15~65岁的慢性中鼓室炎的病人和17名正常人。分析病人治疗过程中的资料,可分4组:第1组17例,压力波动在0.07±0.03、0.06±0.02、0.34±0.19 mmH_2O,评定为咽鼓管通过度不良。第2组29人,咽水试验压力0.67±0.08mmH_2O,Toynbee试验4.35±
Chronic otitis media, tympanoplasty affect the main reason, or eustachian tube function.
