为了支持机械产品自上而下、不断细化的设计过程,本文提出了一种以产品的装配结构为核心,由多个分析计算agent组成的,支持异构分布环境的协同工作设计模式。产品的装配模型描述零部件的层次关系、位置关系等几何信息和装配语义信息、设计参数及其约束关系等工程语义信息,能够向各分析计算agent提供必要的信息,以实现机械产品几何造型系统、装配建模系统、分析计算系统之间的有效集成。基于集成框架的分析计算agent能够完成异构分布环境下协同设计过程中的逻辑推理、判断、分析计算等复杂工作
In order to support the top-down and continuous design process of mechanical products, this paper proposes a collaborative work design model which is composed of multiple analytical and computational agents and supports heterogeneous distributed environments with the product assembly structure as the core. The assembly model of the product describes the engineering semantic information such as the geometric information of the components and the semantic information such as the position relation, the assembly semantic information, the design parameters and their constraint relations, and can provide the necessary information to the analysis and calculation agents to realize the geometric modeling system of the mechanical products , Assembly modeling system, analysis and calculation of the effective integration between systems. The analysis and calculation agent based on integrated framework can accomplish the complicated work such as logical reasoning, judgment, analysis and calculation in the process of collaborative design under heterogeneous distribution environment
