This article describes a patented method that has not yet been approved. This is a method of suppressing clutter and sea clutter and identifying the target from clutter based on the polarization ratio. This suppressor also suppresses interfering signals from horizontally and vertically polarized radars. Horizontal and vertical polarized waves can be transmitted simultaneously and received separately. Clutter suppression is achieved by obtaining the radar output from the amplitude ratio of the separately received signals. If this ratio is close to 1, there is output, and the ratio is much greater than 1 or much less than 1, there is no output. This article focuses on the suppression of detection and strongly reflecting false targets of targets such as navigation buoys using high-fractional sea radar.
