我是一名小学教师,任教后一直担任小学中高年级班主任工作。二十多年来,我从别的老师手中一个班一个班地把学生接过来,几年后,又一个班一个班地送出去,其中既有成功的喜悦和自豪,又有失败的苦恼和自责。正反两方面的经验,使我深刻认识到,要做好小学班主任工作,首先,班主任自身要有一种凝聚力。这种凝聚力,就是一种潜在的吸引力,巨大的向心力和无形的感召力。在学生心目中,这种凝聚力,既有母亲般的挚爱,又有榜样的影响,还有长辈那样的宽容和理解。有了这样的凝聚力,就容易吸引童心,雕塑灵魂,也就能为建设好班集体提供有利条件。
I am a primary school teacher who has been serving as a teacher in high school in elementary school after teaching. For more than two decades, I took a class from class to class from another teacher.
