目的探讨染色体异常与复发性流产的关系。方法对外周血淋巴细胞培养收获染色体,常规制片,G显带,必要时做C带和N带进行染色体核型分析。结果 216对受检对象中,检出染色体异常9例,检出率2.08%(11/216×2)。结论对自然流产夫妇进行染色体核型分析,检出染色体异常携带者,对其进行生育指导,避免盲目保胎和染色体异常患儿出生。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Chromosomes were harvested from peripheral blood lymphocytes and routinely cultivated. G - banding and G - banding and N banding were performed for karyotype analysis. Results Of the 216 pairs of subjects, 9 cases were detected chromosomal abnormalities, the detection rate was 2.08% (11/216 × 2). Conclusion Chromosome karyotype analysis of spontaneous abortion couples detected carriers of chromosomal abnormalities, their guidance of childbirth, to avoid blind fetus and chromosomal abnormalities in children born.
