目的:探讨安素营养制剂对重型颅脑创伤患者急性期蛋白质营养状况、机体抗感染能力及胃肠道功能的影响。方法:选取我科60例重型颅脑创伤患者(GCS评分3-8分),随机分成两组,A组(安素营养组)于早期(伤后24h)开始鼻饲管注入安素营养制剂,B组(普通膳食组)也于早期(伤后24h)开始鼻饲管注入普通膳食。结果:A组血清白蛋白及血清前白蛋白水平较B组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组感染发生率及胃肠道功能障碍发生率显著低于B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安素能够有效保护胃肠道功能,明显改善患者营养状态,减少患者感染等并发症的发生,从而促进颅脑创伤患者病情的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the influence of An Su nutritional preparation on the protein nutritional status, anti-infective ability and gastrointestinal function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods: Sixty patients with severe craniocerebral trauma (3-8 points GCS score) were randomly divided into two groups. A group (Auxin nutrition group) started nasogastric tube injection of An Su nutritional preparation in the early stage (24h after injury) Group B (normal diet group) also began feeding the common diet to the nasogastric tube early (after 24h). Results: Serum albumin and prealbumin levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P <0.05). The incidence of infection in group A and the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction were significantly lower than those in group B There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ansul can effectively protect the gastrointestinal tract function, significantly improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of complications such as infection, thereby promoting the recovery of patients with traumatic brain injury.
