目的研究利用微型种植体支抗远中向移动磨牙矫治安氏Ⅱ类错的临床效果。方法选择安氏Ⅱ1类病例8例,年龄14~28岁,利用直丝弓矫治技术,于第一磨牙和第二前磨牙根间植入自攻型微型种植体作为支抗,分别推磨牙向远中和内收前牙,力值200~250 g,疗程3~6个月,通过临床观察及头影测量分析来评价矫治效果。应用SPSS 11.0统计软件进行统计处理,治疗前后比较用单样本T检验,检验水准为α=0.05。结果治疗结束时第一磨牙平均远中向移动4.1 mm,上切牙切端内收3 mm,长轴与前颅底平面夹角减小10.37°,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。所有患者均建立磨牙及尖牙中性关系,前牙正常覆覆盖,面型较理想。结论利用微型种植体作为支抗远中向移动磨牙矫治安氏Ⅱ类错,效果良好,适于临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of using mini-implants in the treatment of Angle Class Ⅱ malocclusion by distal molars. Methods Eight cases of Angle Ⅱ 1 type were selected, aged from 14 to 28 years old. The self-tapping micro implants were implanted in the root between the first molars and the second premolar as anchorage by straight wire arch correction. Far and adduce the anterior teeth, force value 200 ~ 250 g, treatment of 3 to 6 months, through clinical observation and cephalometric analysis to evaluate the effect of correction. Application SPSS 11.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, comparison before and after treatment with a single sample T test, test level was α = 0.05. Results At the end of treatment, the first molars moved at an average distance of 4.1 mm, the incisors of the upper incisors received 3 mm, and the angle between the long axis and the anterior skull base was reduced by 10.37 °. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). All patients were established molars and canine neutral relationship, the normal coverage of the anterior teeth covered, the surface is more ideal. Conclusion Micro-implants can be used to treat Class Ⅱ malocclusion in distal molars, which has good effect and is suitable for clinical promotion.
