甲状腺钠/碘转运体(NIS)是一种糖化膜蛋白,甲状腺滤泡细胞摄入碘主要依赖NIS,其表达于甲状腺滤泡细胞基底膜。NIS的主要功能是转运细胞外碘进入细胞内,可使细胞内碘浓度高于细胞外20~40倍。甲状腺滤泡细胞能否表达NIS蛋白是施行甲状腺癌131I治疗的基础和确定疗效的关键指标。本文复习有关文献,对甲状腺组织NIS的表达调控,NIS转染法介导的甲状腺癌和其它肿瘤131I治疗最新进展进行归纳总结。
Thyroid sodium / iodide transporter (NIS) is a glycated membrane protein that is mainly dependent on NIS for uptake by thyroid follicular cells, which is expressed on the basement membrane of thyroid follicular cells. The main function of NIS is to transport extracellular iodine into the cells, which can make the intracellular iodine concentration 20 to 40 times higher than the extracellular. Whether thyroid follicular cells can express NIS protein is the basis of 131I treatment for thyroid carcinoma and the key index to determine the curative effect. This review of the literature, the expression of NIS in thyroid tissue, NIS transfection mediated thyroid cancer and other tumor 131I treatment of the latest progress are summarized.
