组合机床具有生产率高、自动化程度高及使用中易于操作维护等特点,因而在机器零件的机械加工中被广泛采用。然而,由于组合机床的加工精度和工作稳定性不高,使其在精密的机械加工中的扩大使用受到了限制。 为了克服组合机床结构和使用上的一些缺点,有必要对其作一番仔细的研究。 在组合机床上工件加工的精度取决于多工位回转工作台的精度和工作稳定性,以及回转机构的结构和运动参数所决定的动态参数。定位机构使花盘定位,从而使工件在加工工位上定位,因此定位机构的工作条件影响到机械加工的精度。
