煤矿企业是基础能源生产基地,由于其属于是高危企业,且工作环境艰苦,在企业运营中对安全问题的关注度极高。虽然煤矿企业采取了相应的惩罚措施以规范企业职工工作纪律,但是并没有取良好的效果。特别是煤矿企业目前处于行业市场不景气状态,人心浮动更容易造成诸多的安全事故。为了提升煤矿企业安全管理力度,强化思想政治工作可以有效地摒除安全隐患。本论文针对煤矿企业安全管理中思想政治工作的作用进行研究。 Coal mining enterprises are basic energy production bases. Because they belong to high-risk enterprises and their working environment is very hard, they are paying more attention to safety issues in their operations. Although coal mining companies have taken corresponding punitive measures to standardize the work of employees discipline, but did not take good results. In particular, coal miners are currently in a downturn in the industry market, and the floating of people is more likely to cause many accidents. In order to enhance the safety management of coal mines, strengthening ideological and political work can effectively eliminate potential safety problems. This thesis studies the role of ideological and political work in the safety management of coal mine enterprises.
