耳蜗微音电位(CM)能反映内耳毛细胞功能。但有人认为低音区的CM来自耳蜗顶转,而鼓岬电极只能提供基底转的信息。因而作者对耳蜗电图(ECochG)中的CM可靠性进行研究。用鼓岬电极对10名18~25岁听力正常的男性受检者进行检查。检查室作了电屏蔽。刺激声为不同频率的短纯音。用XY记录仪描记CM。以8kHz90dB声刺激CM出现的时间为标准(即0ms),4、2、1和0.5kHz声刺激CM出现的时间变化作为CM改变的指标。在4 kHz声刺激时CM出现的时间为0.16±0.01ms,2kHz时为0.29±0.02ms,1kHz时为0.43±0.02ms,
Cochlear microphones (CM) reflect inner ear hair cell function. But some people think that the CM in the bass region comes from the top of the cochlea, and the promontory electrode can only provide information about the basal turn. The authors therefore investigated CM reliability in ECochG. Drum Cape electrodes were used to examine 10 male subjects aged 18 to 25 with normal hearing. The examination room was electrically shielded. Stimuli are short tones of different frequencies. Tracing the CM with an XY recorder. The time of appearance of CM with 8kHz90dB acoustic stimulation was standard (ie 0ms), and the changes of CM with 4, 2, 1 and 0.5kHz acoustic stimulation appeared as indicators of CM change. The CM appeared at 0.16 ± 0.01 ms at 4 kHz acoustic stimulation, 0.29 ± 0.02 ms at 2 kHz and 0.43 ± 0.02 ms at 1 kHz,
