《计量技术》杂志1975年5~6期发表了“游标卡尺测深尺的修理”一文,介绍了用一铸铁件车制成的研磨胎具。由于卡尺和研具同时研磨,所以比较费时,且端面磨损较快。若将原来的紧固螺钉改为二只内有弹簧的可调节压紧力的螺钉,并加装一拉簧(见图)。拉簧一端穿入螺钉头部的光杆内,另一端勾紧卡尺上端。使用时只需将卡尺压至不晃动即可。由于在拉簧的作用下,卡尺尾部始终露出胎具端面,研磨时只需轻按胎具即可。
In May-June 1975, Metrology Magazine published a paper entitled “Vernier caliper ruler repair”, introducing a grinding tool made from a cast iron car.
