重庆施光南大剧院为一座容纳1 300人的大型剧院建筑,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。本剧院建筑内部空旷,造成了若干楼层的楼板不连续,剧院与下侧的会议厅、宴会厅连为一个整体结构单元,建筑功能布局复杂。7.4m长悬挑看台、31.4m跨度剧场种植屋面、26m跨度会议厅和宴会厅是结构设计的难点,此外结构抗震超限、螺旋楼梯也是本工程的典型特点。通过多处应用预应力技术、采用多种软件进行分析、根据大震楼板应力结果指导薄弱板带的配筋设计、精心选择剪力墙的合理布置等综合手段,有效解决了上述技术难点,取得了良好的建筑使用效果和经济效益,相关设计施工经验可供类似工程参考。
