新经济是指基于知识经济的全球化经济。《2001美国总统经济报告》中指出:“新经济是指由技术、商业实践和经济政策的相互良性互动,从而产生巨大的经济绩效。其具体表现为快速的经济增长和收入提高、低失业率和适度通货膨胀。”在新的经济时代背景下,我国的各类企业该如何谋生存、求发展、实现质的飞跃,企业人员的整体素质将起到关键的决定性作用。因此,加强企业人员的学习问题将是一个非常重要的课题。
