本文采用RIA方法,同步监测77例急性脑血管病(CVD)血浆、CSF中心房利钠多肽(ANP)与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)含量。发现二者于病程7天内均呈不同程度增高。提示ANP、AT-Ⅱ活性变化与CVD急性脑血循环障碍有其内在联系。CT证实病灶位于基底节、内囊、间脑者脑脊液的AT-Ⅱ显著高于大脑皮层或皮层下者。脑出血组血浆AT-Ⅱ与脑脊液AT-Ⅱ呈显著正相关。显示与血-脑屏障破坏有关。对于ANP、AT-Ⅱ与血压、颅内压相关问题加以探讨。
In this paper, 77 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (CVD) plasma and CSF center of the Fang natriuretic peptide (ANP) and angiotensin Ⅱ (AT-Ⅱ) were simultaneously monitored by RIA method. Found in the course of 7 days were increased in varying degrees. Tip ANP, AT-Ⅱ activity changes and CVD acute cerebrovascular disorders have an inherent relationship. CT confirmed lesions located in the basal ganglia, internal capsule, brain cerebrospinal fluid of AT-Ⅱ was significantly higher than those in the cerebral cortex or subcortical. Cerebral hemorrhage group plasma AT-Ⅱ and cerebrospinal fluid AT-Ⅱ was positively correlated. Shows the blood-brain barrier damage. For ANP, AT-Ⅱ and blood pressure, intracranial pressure related issues to be explored.
