在中国,城市规划与公共政策的关系已成为政府与规划学界共同关注的热点。通过对公共政策视角下的城市规划研究脉络的梳理,发现学术界从公共政策自身、不同利益主体、公共政策的实施与管理、规划演变、产权制度以及对特定的公共问题等不同的角度均进行了深入探讨,同时还反思了城市规划公共属性难以发挥的原因。在评估分析并归纳这一系列研究成果的基础上,就目前研究存在的不足进行了分析,展望了该领域未来的发展趋势。
In China, the relationship between urban planning and public policy has become a common focus of government and planning scholars. Through a review of the research context of urban planning from the perspective of public policy, it is found that the academic circles carry out the research from the perspectives of public policy itself, different stakeholders, the implementation and management of public policies, planning and development, property rights system and specific public issues In-depth discussion, but also reflect the reasons for the public properties of urban planning is difficult to play. Based on the analysis and induction of this series of research results, the existing problems in the current research are analyzed and the future development trends in the field are prospected.
