矿山帷幕注浆领域注浆新材料的应用与研究一直是行业内所关注的重点,本文结合城门山铜矿帷幕注浆工程,重点论述了改性湖泥注浆材料、注浆工艺及其注浆效果的研究成果。研究表明:作为非工业成品材料的湖泥经加工、改性后,其各项性能达到优质注浆材料要求,其加工工艺针对非工业成品注浆材料易于推广,施工过程中浆液性能易于监测,采用改性湖泥作为主要注浆材料的城门山铜矿帷幕注浆工程取得较好的注浆堵水效果。本文针对改性湖泥所做的研究符合该行业“应地制宜、绿色环保”的政策要求,对于推动该帷幕注浆新材料研究与推广应用具有重要的借鉴意义。
The application and research of grouting new materials in the field of curtain grouting of mines has always been the focus of attention in the industry. The research shows that: as a non-industrial finished material, the lakes processed and modified can meet the requirements of high-quality grouting materials. The processing technology is easy to popularize for grouting material of non-industrial finished products, the slurry performance is easy to be monitored during construction, The use of modified lake mud as the main grouting material of the Chengmenshan copper curtain grouting project achieved good grouting effect. The research done for the modified lake mud conforms to the policy of “adjusting the local conditions and green environment” in this industry, which is of great reference significance for promoting the research and popularization and application of the curtain grouting new materials.
