情感总是由一定的客观事物引起的,能满足或符合人的需要的事物,就会引起人的积极态度,使人产生一种肯定的情感,反之,就会引起人的消极态度,产生一种否定的情感。根据情绪心理学理论,情绪在人的心理生活中居十分重要的位置,起着重大的作用,它既策动人的本能行为,又干预社会学习和创造活动,是人的行为活动的动力,又对人的行为起着组织作用。组织作用的含义包括组织的作用和破坏的作用,一般说来,正情绪起协调、组织作用,负情绪起破坏、瓦解或干扰作用。在数学教学中,由于学生本身的原因、朋友的影响、家庭的影响以及社会的影响,往往会对学习数学兴趣泛泛,甚至厌恶。因此教师应当把研究学生学习心理作为备课的首要考虑因素,灵活的选择教学手段和策略。
