荸荠(Eleocharis tuberosa schulf)又名马蹄、地栗,是莎草科荸荠属宿根性水生草本植物。苏荠是其中一个优良的地方品种,原产苏州。球茎的肉质、风味、营养成分和加工性状等均较优异,其球茎平脐,削皮损耗较少,是我国罐藏出口的主要品种之一。鲜食品质也较其他品种好,在国内外市场深受欢迎。但长期以来对其缺乏研究,栽培技术比较落后,病虫害日趋严重,产量低而不稳,影响品种优势的发挥。为此,我们开展了这一课题的系统研究,为苏荠大面积高产栽培提供部分理论依据和技术资料。方法和过程 1978~1985年主要对苏荠品种特性、栽培条件与产量形成的关系、病虫害的发生及防治方法等开展了系统的研究。 1978~1980年在苏州市郊娄葑乡和吴县车坊乡等产地进行生产调查,并在我院实验农场进行盆栽、
