目的 :探讨肾内血管阻力指数 ( RI)和尿液中 β- D半乳糖苷酶 ( GAL)、N-乙酰 - β- D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 ( NAG)三者与 ESWL所致肾损伤及其修复过程的关系。方法 :检测 50例单侧肾结石患者 ESWL前后肾内血管 RI和尿液中 GAL与 NAG。结果 :ESWL后肾内血管 RI显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,尿中 NAG水平明显上升 ( P <0 .0 5) ,而 ESWL后 1~ 2周时尿中 GAL水平才开始升高 ,且 GAL/NAG值呈明显的上升趋势。结论 :ESWL所致肾损伤与肾内血管 RI和尿中 NAG水平相关 ,肾损伤修复时限长短与尿中 GAL水平的变化相关 ,GAL/NAG值的变化可能是肾损伤和修复过程中最有效的临床监测指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between renal vascular resistance index (RI) and β-D galactosidase (GAL) and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) Fix the process of the relationship. Methods: The renal vascular RI and urinary GAL and NAG before and after ESWL were measured in 50 patients with unilateral renal calculus. Results: The renal RI in ESWL group increased significantly (P <0.01) and NAG level in urine increased significantly (P <0.05). However, urinary levels of GAL began to rise after ESWL High, and GAL / NAG values showed a clear upward trend. CONCLUSIONS: ESWL-induced renal injury is associated with renal vascular RI and urinary NAG levels. The duration of renal injury repair correlates with changes in urinary GAL. The change in GAL / NAG may be the most effective for renal injury and repair Clinical monitoring indicators.
