煤炭企业作为相对特殊的行业,生产经营不能集中于某一领域。其中涉及的原材料、劳动力、人力资源等因素,需要实现最佳区域的合作,争取降低企业生产运营成本、减少库存量,为客户提供最优化服务,实现煤炭企业利益最大化。在电子商务发展的背景下,煤炭企业实行供应链管理已成为必然趋势,及时发现供应链管理中存在的问题,有针对性地采取措施,提高供应链绩效水平,具有重要意义。
Coal enterprises as a relatively special industry, production and management can not be concentrated in a particular area. The raw materials, labor force and human resources involved in this project need to achieve the best regional cooperation so as to reduce the production and operation costs of the enterprises, reduce the inventory, provide customers with the most optimized services and maximize the interests of coal enterprises. In the background of the development of e-commerce, the implementation of supply chain management in coal enterprises has become an inevitable trend.
