教育评价是一项纷繁复杂的工作,却又渗透于教育教学的全过程,起着不可估量的潜移默化的重要作用。然而,在日常实际的评价过程中,教师们对于学生的评价却总存在着或多或少的偏见心理。同时在升学压力的影响下,重“分”心理也是一大隐患。尤其是后进生,他们的一些优点往往容易被缺点和不足掩盖,所以很难得到教师对他们公正、客观的评价。而教师在学生心目中的地位,导致他的言行评价对学生有着不容忽视的影响,因此直面弊端,关注全面,清醒认识如何对学生进行正确的评价至关重要。
