Zirconium (hafnium) is widely used in various fields such as atomic energy, aerospace, electronics, machinery, chemistry, metallurgy and other industries due to its special nuclear properties and high melting point, hardness, corrosion resistance and catalysis (see “ ”, Metallurgical Industry Press, 1976). In recent years, zirconium and hafnium determination of the chemical analysis methods continue to improve and update, instrumental analysis methods also developed rapidly.
