课堂,是学生成长的重要场所,是教师实现自我价值的重要场所,是师生在学校共同生活的重要场所。建构怎样的课堂,才能使处于这一场所的每个人都感到幸福,无锡市南长街小学自2011年起,致力于建构“润泽的课堂”的研究,追寻理想的课堂师生共同生活状态,取得了显著的效果。在研究过程中,南小抓住了这样几个核心问题——一、学生喜欢什么样的课堂课堂,首先是学生的课堂。学生喜欢的课堂,才是建构“润泽的课堂”的基础。
