目的:探讨黄芪对大运动量训练大鼠内皮细胞功能及心肌超微结构的影响。方法:对SD大鼠进行为期8周的游泳训练,测定其循环内皮细胞数(CEC)、血浆内皮素(ET)和血清一氧化氮(NO)含量并采用电镜观察其心肌超微结构。结果:(1)大运动量训练后,大鼠CEC增多,血浆ET含量上升,血清NO含量下降,心肌结构受损。(2)黄芪使大鼠大运动量训练后CEC减少,血浆ET含量下降,血清NO含量升高,心肌组织超微结构受损减轻。结果提示:黄芪对大运动量训练大鼠内皮功能及心肌超微结构具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Astragalus on the endothelial function and myocardial ultrastructure of rats after a large amount of exercise training. Methods: SD rats were trained in swimming for 8 weeks, and the number of circulating endothelial cells (CEC), plasma ET and NO were measured and the myocardial ultrastructure was observed by electron microscope. Results: (1) After a large amount of training, the CEC increased, the content of plasma ET increased, the content of serum NO decreased and the structure of myocardium damaged. (2) Astragalus caused a decrease of CEC, a decrease of ET in plasma, a rise of serum NO content and a decrease of myocardial ultrastructure damage after exercise. The results suggest that Astragalus membranaceus has a protective effect on endothelial function and myocardial ultrastructure in rats with high exercise training.
