目的：研究股骨头缺血坏死头塌陷前的ＣＴ诊断，尽早诊治，避免残疾。方法：对３０例股骨头缺血坏死头塌陷前与３０例正常股骨头的ＣＴ表现对比分析，找出差异。结果：股骨头缺血坏死头塌陷前的ＣＴ征象：（１）股骨头内放射状骨小梁粗大，变形，紊乱，呈粗网格状，或密集成团状；（２）股骨头高密度区内散在多发或单发低密度灶，内缘不清；（３）单发或多发囊样区，内缘锐利光滑，周围形成高密度带。结论：ＣＴ可以对股骨头缺血坏死头塌陷前做出诊断。
Objective: To study the CT diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head before collapse, to diagnose and treat as soon as possible to avoid disability. Methods: Thirty cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head before collapse and 30 cases of normal femoral head CT comparative analysis to find the difference. Results: The CT signs of avascular necrosis of the femoral head before collapse: (1) The radial trabecular bone in the femoral head was thick, deformed, disorganized, coarsely meshed, or densely populated. (2) The high density of the femoral head Within the scattered or single low-density lesions, the inner edge of the unclear; (3) single or multiple cyst area, sharp and smooth inner edge, forming a high density around. Conclusion: CT can diagnose avascular necrosis of femoral head before it collapses.
