本文应用组织化学及电镜技术对12例2~13岁的Duchenne型肌营养不良症(DMD)的2c型纤维出现频率、单位横切面肌纤维卫星细胞核数(SCN/MF)、卫星细胞核与肌膜下核百分比(SCN/SSN)及2c型纤维的出现频率与SCN/SSN之间的相互关系进行研究。结果表明,2c型纤维的出现频率似有随年龄增大而减少的趋势(r=-0.75,P<0.005);SCN/MF和SCN/SSN则与年龄无明显相关性;2c型纤维的出现频率与SCN/SSN之间亦无明显相关性,但DMD组SCN/MF及SCN/SSN均较对照组明显为高(P<0.001),尤以6~9岁增高更显著。本文对DMD的肌再生障碍的机制进行了讨论。
In this paper, histological and electron microscopic techniques were used to analyze the frequency of type 2c fiber in 12 cases of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) from 2 to 13 years old, the number of SCN / MF, the number of satellite nucleus and sarcolemma Nuclear ratio (SCN / SSN) and type 2c fiber frequency and occurrence of SCN / SSN relationship between the study.
