本文用体外微核和姐妹染色单体互挟(SCE)试验,在相同的实验条件下,观察了K_2Cr_2O_7对CHL、CHO和V_(79)细胞的诱变作用。结果表明,K_2Cr_2O_7均能诱发上述三种细胞的微核和SCE明显增高。微核增高的程度,在三种细胞间有高度显著性差别(P<0.01),依次为CHL>CH0>V_(79)。而SCE的增高程度,在三种细胞间无显著性差别。
In this study, we investigated the mutagenic effects of K 2 Cr 2 O 7 on CHL, CHO and V 79 cells under the same experimental conditions by in vitro micronuclei and sister chromatid interaction (SCE) assays. The results showed that K_2Cr_2O_7 could induce the micronucleus and SCE of the above three kinds of cells to be obviously increased. There was a highly significant difference in the micronuclei between the three cells (P <0.01), followed by CHL> CH0> V_ (79). The increase of SCE, no significant difference between the three kinds of cells.
