嫦娥三号着陆器结构根据实际任务需求,在国内首先采用了十字支撑构型,将4个大容量贮箱直接安装在对接环上,使得该构型具有重心低、传力路径短的特点.同时在设计上采用了梁板复合式新型主承力构件等多种手段,最终取得了很高结构承载效率,结构与整器重量比仅为5.28%.本文从分系统组成与功能、分系统设计、分析与试验验证等方面介绍了嫦娥三号着陆器结构分系统的设计与实现情况.
Chang’e III lander structure according to the actual mission requirements, the first cross-support structure in the country, the four large-capacity tank installed directly on the docking ring, making the configuration has a low center of gravity, force transmission path is short. At the same time, the design adopted a variety of means such as beam-composite new type of main load-bearing members and finally achieved a high structural load-bearing efficiency, with a weight ratio of only 5.28% to the overall weight.This paper analyzed the composition and function of subsystems, Design, analysis and experimental verification and other aspects of the Chang’e III lander structural subsystem design and implementation of the situation.
