测定血β_2微球蛋白(β_2-m)是目前判定肾小球和近端肾小管功能的非侵袭性试验,它具有敏感性,可重复性及可作定量测定之特点,日益受到临床重视,我院从1987.12~1989.1测定85例血β_2-m,报告如下。 药盒、仪器与对象 一、测定血β_2-m系采用中国同位素公司北方免疫试剂研究所生产的β_2-m放射免疫测定盒,按该盒的使用说明书测定.仪器为中国科学院上海原子核研究所生产的Fmj-82放射免疫,计数器. 二、对象:肾脏病变62例,非肾脏疾病23例,共85例。男53例,女32例。年龄2~69岁,平均29.84岁。
